REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At CoreMetrics, we stand behind our product. If you're not completely satisfied with your CoreMetrics Ring within 30 days of receiving it, we'll make it right.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, contact us at support@mycoremetrics.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how to send your item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Wrong Size

If your ring doesn't fit, we offer a free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at support@mycoremetrics.com with your order number and the size you need. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@mycoremetrics.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn for more than 30 days are not eligible for return. We also do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
